Very happy with the level of service. Rates are competitive and the crew does a nice job. They have all the safety equipment and clean up when done. Top Notch and Bruce Howard did an incredible job trimming and reducing the size of the trees in our backyard. These were three huge eucalyptus trees about 50 years old. They are very professional and meticulous. They really care about keeping their clients happy and satisfied. Their pricing is more than fair. Great experience!   Scheduler said they would show up to trim my orange tree "around lunch time": Crew showed up at 12:00 Exactly!  Guys got to work right away, and did a great job shaping tree.   Clean up was thorough (even in neighbors yards!)  Loaded up what as to be removed/shredded, and was gone in 45 minutes! Bruce is the utmost professional arborist.  He trims our trees immaculately every year but this year he planted sod in the backyard which has been a challenge for us to grow grass there.
He answers all of my questions promptly and always keeps me up to date on why things work the way they do.

I love these guys.  Bruce and his team at Top Notch have been taking care of my trees for over 15 years.  They were out this past week to trim a couple of my Ash trees.  As usual, the work was exceptional.  Bruce is always professional, on time and provides very fair pricing.  And my trees always look awesome. Hired Bruce to trim our 100 year old Sycamore tree, our Pepper, Pine and another Sycamore tree. He and his crew showed up on time, and did a very professional job.
